Welcome to the Master Course "Applied Life Sciences" at the Campus Zweibrücken

The target group for the master course are graduates of bachelor courses out of the Life Science field which wants to continue interdisciplinary. The course integrated modern fields of Life Sciences like Master cell Technology and Tissue Engineering with border sciences out of the nano- and microtechnologies. The course will be mainly at the Campus Zweibrücken, individual lectures in the field of pharmatechnik and toxicology will be held at the Campus Pirmasens.

The equipment of the course enables to work in molecular biology, protein chemistry, cell culture and pharmatechnik. In practical seminars and lectures interdisciplinary contents and combinations to the micro- and nanotechnologies will be made.
The students will be educated in a scientific sphere with large co-operations with domestic and foreign partners.

Because of the developed interdiciplinary characters of the course and the international interconnection the students have very good career prospects. Besides the Master certificate principle legitimates to doctorate and open the intake to senior sections of the civil service.
